Best Western Plus Medical Center Hotel

Stayed here one night during a cross country road trip. Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great! I would stay here again if I’m in the area!

Kolby at the front desk was super observant and accommodating. Thought we left some earrings up there after normal checkout time, and he made it possible for us to check. We enjoyed the breakfast! Room was clean, elevators worked great, and we were comfortable.

Perfect hotel to stay at! On our way from Houston to Denver and back, we stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The two most important things for me when staying at a hotel are the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness of the bathroom — and this place had both The breakfast was really good as well. It was a great choice for our family, and we would definitely stay here again!

This place was incredible. I flew to TX for my mom’s emergency open heart surgery and I shopped for hotels for a long while…I wanted somewhere clean as not to take germs to icu. This hotel is immaculate! My brother and I stayed a week and it was so perfect. They cleaned the room daily and we took advantage of the gym and the on site laundry room. The breakfast was amazing too! So many choices. Healthy options, fresh fruit, eggs, granola, small cubed home fried potatoes, pancakes, bagels, biscuits and gravy, juices, hot tea, waffles, you name it they have it for breakfast! This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at while in Amarillo! I plan to always book this hotel when I come to visit my family. I can’t say enough great things about this place, it truly was a blessing to find this one for our last min trip. It’s super close to BSA hospital too so it was wonderful for us. Highly recommend!!

Great hotel. Always clean, kitchen is clean and well stocked. Pancake machine works well and is always a highlight. They serve scrambled eggs and sausage. Cereal, coffee and other things. Parking is close to the building. Staff is always kind. I recognize some of them who have been there for a few years. It is always nice to see familiar faces.

My mom and I were passing through when we got into a car accident. After leaving the emergency room late at night, this hotel was incredibly accommodating. We got a discount on our room for having been to a local ER. Check-in was easy, fast, and friendly. The room itself was amazing. Spacious, clean, and comfortable, it had an extra pull out bed in the couch, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was big and luxurious with a detached hair dryer. Breakfast in the morning was amazing! Most complimentary breakfasts are a sad selection of cereal and muffins. Not here. There were waffles (shaped like Texas, too cute), pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, muffins, donuts, bagels, cereals. The options were plentiful. Not to mention the assortment of coffees, lattes, and juices. Every worker was friendly. The entire place was clean and inviting. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

One of our best stays! - Very friendly stuff - nice big and clean rooms - very good breakfast. - Parking Lots are free and Safe - good wifi (also in room) - nice gym and Pool (warm) - 24 h Coffee All in one: very good Value for money. Highly recommended. Stayed three nights with my wife and my little daughter.

Beds aren't very comfortable, the breakfast needs so effort put into it, but not bad enough to make us not come back. Fees are fair and it is on the hwy close to gas and food. We have tied at this location several times.
